No itinerary will be provided. But please arrive early, we are expecting a full stadium.

We will be scanning tickets at the doors. Both are fine. BUT, we highly recommend bringing a printed ticket, doing this will expedite the admission process.
Yes, admission into event requires cross checking ID’s with the name that appears on the ticket.
Yes, but the individual whos name appears on the ticket must be present for the person or entire party to enter.
Partner passes are guaranteed field access seating. Premium partner passes are closer field seating.
Entrances for the day of the event will be the Northeast (NE), Southwest(SW) and Southeast(SE) entrances of the stadium.

Unfortunately not, your general admission ticket will be your seat reservation but there will be no requests for specific seating. Since this is a free event, seats will be on a first come, first serve bases.
Parking on specific lots are free for the day. Designated area for free AWAKEN2020 parking areas are the areas covered in green. Please see map below for reference:
Yes. You must have a handicapped plate or tag in the car and make sure the parking attendants are aware of your handicapped status. They will direct you to the area you can park in. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first served basis. Please arrive early to ensure a parking spot.
There are 900 disabled seats in the stadium located in twelve (12) different areas of Sun Devil Stadium.

- Mesh bag (reusable grocery bag)
- Tinted, colored or patterned bag
- Solid colored drawstring bag
The following bags ARE allowed inside Sun Devil Stadium:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″) with or without a handle or strap
- Seat Cushion & Seat Cushion with Back (no pockets, 18″ or less in width)
Please note there is not a check-in location for prohibited bags/items.
The following items are prohibited inside any ASU athletics venue and are causes for removal. No refunds:
- Soft or hard sided coolers, ice chests
- Glass or metal containers
- Outside beverages
- Tortillas
- Use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco
- Cameras or video cameras with detachable lenses greater than 6″
- Tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks for cameras/phones
- Full size strollers
- Backpacks, diaper bags and other similar bags will not be allowed
- Bikes, skateboards, scooters, hover boards, long boards
- Large golf umbrellas
- No Shofars
- Sticks, poles or similar objects that can be used as a weapon
- Weapons of any kind including those carried with permit
- Fireworks, drones or laser pointers
- Artificial noisemakers (Example: air horns, thunderstix, musical instruments, cans filled with contents, whistles, cow bells or any other item used to make artificial noise)
- No pets/animals

Food will be sold during Awaken2020 on the main concourse.
Use the Lyft code SUNDEVILS for $5 off your first 4 rides. The two convenient Lyft pickup and drop-off zones are located on the corner of Rural Rd. and Rio Salado at Lot 10 and off Veterans Way, in front of the San Pablo residence hall, across from Sun Devil Stadium in Lot 50.
All ADA drop-offs can happen on the North side of the stadium. Guests can easily access the SAF elevator to the Concourse level.
Valley Metro provides various means of public transportation to and from Sun Devil Stadium. The light rail drops attendees off just west of the stadium at the College Ave. light rail station. Buses that pass by the ASU Sun Devil Stadium: 30, 48, 65, 72, MARS

Public parking lots are located on both the South and North ends of Sun Devil Stadium. Prices range from $20-$40 per vehicle.

There are bicycle racks located on the south side and the northeast of Sun Devil Stadium near the ticket office.
There is elevator access for ADA fans and limited mobility from ground level to the main concourse level on the north side of Sun Devil Stadium inside the northeast corner of the Student-Athlete Facility as well as inside the SW Gate. On the East side of the stadium there are elevators that run from the main concourse to the club level and upper deck located behind section 26 & 32. There is also elevator service to the press box, club levels, suites, and upper deck on the west side of the stadium located behind section 7. Individuals with specific needs for elevator access to seating areas should contact Guest Relations for more information at (480) 965-3933.
The Dignity Health First Aid Stations are staffed by medical personnel and are located in the south end zone (behind section 40), the northwest corner of the main concourse (behind section 12) and the southwest end of the upper deck (behind section 301), and the upper east side of stadium (behind section 310). Paramedics will be available during the event and will regularly patrol the stadium.
The Sun Devil Stadium Police Station is located on the concourse behind Section 12.
- SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING – if you notice or become aware of any suspicious, concerning, or unusual activity both inside and outside the stadium please report the activity to the nearest event staff or police officer.
- During any emergency situation inside Sun Devil Stadium, please follow the directions of the PA announcer, event staff, and emergency responders
- Once you locate your seat, please locate the nearest exit and an alternate exit in case of an emergency
- Always have a pre-determined plan and location to meet your friends or family both inside and outside of the stadium in the case than an emergency situation occurs and you get separated from your group.
Sun Devil Stadium provides lost and found services for its guests located at the Police Station behind Section 12 on the concourse. Found items should be taken to this location or given to a staff member. Lost and found items will be logged and kept for two weeks. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after the two-week holding period. To check on or claim a lost and found item following the event day, please call (480) 965-3933. Sun Devil Athletics is not responsible for any items left outside of Sun Devil Stadium.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) imposes a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) above Sun Devil Stadium. All aircraft operations, including parachute jumping, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and remote controlled aircraft such as drones, are prohibited within three miles up to and including 3,000 ft AGL of Sun Devil Stadium.
Individuals who violate the TFR are subject to criminal penalties under 49 USC 46307 and may be intercepted, detained, and interviewed by law enforcement personnel. Operators of UAS/drones are subject to Notice to Airman (NOTAM) 4/3621 and applicable FAA regulations. UAS operators shall not interfere with campus operations or pose hazards to any person/property; criminal charges may apply such as reckless endangerment, trespass, assault, and violating the TFR.
